Using Linktree for Your Entire Web Presence

We might have started with Instagram bios, but these days your Linktree has unlimited uses. It’s basically your entire web presence, under one link. Here are some of the other places you can use your Linktree.

We often use our own Linktree at the end of our articles because it lets the reader decide which platforms they want to connect with you on next.

As a content editor, not only is it a pain linking every article to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, et al, it’s also ugly for the reader to look at. Instead, telling them to head over to our Linktree for all our socials is seamless!

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Here are more ways you can make use of your Linktree.

  • As your Twitter bio link, or in each of your tweets
  • Under your YouTube vids to encourage audience discovery and engagement
  • In your Facebook bio and in your Messenger chats
  • On your Pinterest
  • In your blog bio or on your Tumblr
  • On your Github bio
  • On texts to link pals to your content
  • On your LinkedIn profile
  • In your resume/CV and on job applications that ask for your website or portfolio (who needs a website these days?!)
  • On your business card
  • In your email signature
  • On your Twitch stream
  • In your Soundcloud sidebar
  • On shop signage or your posters so that customers can connect with you and find events
  • On merch for that lifelong engagement
  • On your car bumper sticker
  • In your Depop profile
  • As your website, because you’re a small biz and websites take some effort

Or, as our lead developer Bradley says, “My pencil case has a url on it. I wish it was a Linktree…” We’re just impressed he has a pencil case.

While tech for building websites like Squarespace and Wix are beautiful, they still require a fair chunk of web smarts. Linktree lets you take control, no matter how web savvy you are – it’s your own place to showcase your presence online. Change the content, not the link. All that, and it’s free! Money might not grow on trees, but content does.

Show us how you do it!

We’re lead by the Linktree community – 3 million side-hustlers and multi-hypheners – you guys are taking control of the way your content is shared, innovating new ways to use your Linktree. Share them with us!

Get in touch via our Linktree. (See, told you we do that.)
