We’re partnering with Amazon & here’s how you’ll benefit

We’ve just announced our partnership with Amazon – something we’re super excited about because it means our community is able to earn directly from their Linktree. Here’s how it works…

We’ve worked with the brains over at Amazon HQ to introduce a new Linktree integration, and we have a feeling this one will really help you out. We now have extra features that will help prioritize your Amazon storefront from your Linktree.

The Linktree-Amazon partnership seamlessly connects your audience to your storefront.

What storefront?!

Maybe you don’t yet know about Amazon’s affiliate scheme – that’s ok, until we started chatting to the Amazon team a few months ago, we hadn’t realised exactly how awesome a tool it is either. But there are a ton of influencers in the Linktree community already across its brilliance.

With Amazon, anyone with an audience can build a list of products that they think their followers will appreciate. When someone shops from that list, you earn commission – a percentage of the sale you’ve facilitated.

What is the Amazon Influencer Program?

With the Amazon Influencer Program (AIP), you get your own storefront, with a certified URL. You can then fill, and curate, that storefront with products. Sharing your personalized URL will send your audience to the products you recommend and when they shop, you’ll earn commission.

And it turns out there are thousands of influencers already using the AIP to earn from their side hustle. Having built up niche audiences that are incredibly engaged, this is a great way of off-setting the costs of running your blog, adding some extra spending money to the household budget, or saving for something big! We even know of influencers who have made this their full-time salary. (More on them later…!)

Who can join the AIP?

Amazon has some criteria around the followers you have, but they’ll take into consideration whichever platform your largest audience exists upon. Whether it’s Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or Twitter, they’ll be taking a look at follower numbers and engagement levels. It’s worth checking it out to see if you meet their criteria – you can apply to be on the AIP right here.

What does the Linktree integration mean?

We’re doing a few cool things now that will help you drive visitors to your store. If you want to, you can customize your Amazon store on your Linktree with Amazon branding – it’ll help the link stand out and let the visitor know where they’re about to go to.

The Linktree-Amazon partnership exists because we know how important it is for influencers to maintain their engagement rates.

We’ve set up this partnership because we know that it’s really important for influencers to maintain their engagement rates. You don’t just want one link in your bio, to your Amazon storefront – you want your visitor to engage with you across your content to create a lasting relationship.

The Amazon integration is available to all PRO Linktree users. Find out more about PRO here.

We’ll be sharing stories from three very different influencers over the next couple of weeks, to understand how they run their businesses with the help of the AIP. Stay tuned by following us on Instagram!
